Hi Roger in Gamu nearby there is a river but no water rafting, however when I was in Kalinga Province the local called it the home of the MIGHTY CHICO RIVER!
Anyone who enjoys the outdoors and like you who love water rafting and looking for adventure will be delighted by whitewater rafting there. In fact there is a few company is operating a water rafting river quest for foreigner tourist. Most of the product like organic kalinga coffee, organic brown rice we would buy it wholesales from the farmer and export it back to Singapore or other region if there a demand for it.
