Fees We do not charge any Taxes. However, Customs Duties,
if any, in your country, are the Buyer's responsibility.
Shipping We ship around the world from our Philippine factory via
Post Office Air Parcel Post, which takes 2-4 weeks, depending
on destination. We can also ship via trackable Express Mail
Service (EMS), UPS, FedEx and DHL upon the Buyer's
request for additional fees.
Delivery We ship everyday except weekends and holidays.
Shipping is done within 48 hours upon receipt of
payment when stock is available, unless listing
description indicates a Production Waiting time.
Refunds & Returns We offer a 45-day FULL REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
upon receipt of the merchandise if you are not fully satisfied
with your purchase & a 6-month REPLACEMENT
