It's been a long time since I had eaten a home-made strawberry jam... when I open the can I'm surprised to find the can was full of whole strawberry in the jam !
The strawberry sweetness is consistency throughout the jam with great taste and color.
No wonder Baguio produce the best Strawberry jam in Philippine.
