News Update Noy: House arrest up to the courts

President Aquino clarified yesterday that it is up to the Pasay City Regional Trial Court to issue the order on whether to place accused former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo under hospital arrest or house arrest.
