Tips like most Singaporean speak English in their daily dealing young or old. Secondly,  job interview are conducted in English. Thirdly, we addressed people a title plus the last name. For the Filipino this should be no problem everyone here was addressed as Sir/Mdm over everywhere in Sari Sari shop, saloon and wet market, Finally, time frame through my personal experience, Filipino not all, but majority in the high percentage, when Isang oras mean when they make an appointment at 1pm , you might expect the supplier, customers to come about 2 pm. Henceforth, I had advice those who are going to  work in Singapore should be aware of the time frame, Singaporean conducted business with formality that it is important that one is always on time for meeting, seminar and company function, job interview.
