Fresh Grown Ingridents PLANT A GARDEN

In Gamu, everyone would try to grown some fruit or vegetables in the backyard like papaya, tomatoes. I did it not because of the rising food prices but try to satisfied myself whether a city boy like me can I actually grow something edible. Today, increasing emphasis is being placed on the integrity of the way the food we eat is grown. Most Chef all dream about produce picked on a morning, making its way to our plates by noon. The closer you are to your food, the more flavor and nutrition your food will have," Like in the cities the produce you buy in the supermarket has been standardized to the point that we are in danger of losing many varieties of produce. In Gamu Local farmers tend to use organic growing practices and seeds that have been passed down from generation to generation. These heirloom varieties are so flavorful and visually appealing that, as a chef, I would be very sad to lose them."One of the easiest ways to begin your local menu is by going literally to your own backyard. Planting a garden of fresh herbs is a cheap way to freshly flavor your food and, bonus, they taste way better then dried.
