MANILA, Philippines - The body found in a suitcase at a parking lot of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Wednesday has been identified as that of a Tausug woman, police said yesterday.
Chief Inspector Joey Goforth of Pasay City’s Criminal Investigation Division told The STAR that the body was identified by a relative as Nids Bahjin Juwadi, 23, of Patikul town in Sulu.
“We are still conducting follow-up operations,” he said.
A security guard found the luggage at around 7:50 a.m. The victim was clad in a yellow blouse and black jeans.
