Kopi talk - English language or Chinese ?

Philippines are the third most populous English speaking country in the world, after India and the United States. Normally, Filipinos speak more deliberately and more clearly than Americans, whether they're speaking Tagalog or English. As a Singaporean sometime I talk too fast and it is hard to tell where my sentence ends, and another starts. Although,in Philippine, English language was introduced to the mainstream education. However only in private Schools almost all classes are in English, On the contrary public Schools where most Filipinos attended not all classes are taught in English until 1st grade and then only 1 or 2 classes. Frankly speaking like our good friends Mac and Margarette Chin speak crystal clear English without arg or la. But who to judge, we had our own brand of Slingish. With current China influence maybe who knows Chinese language might end up as a contender for the world languages bedside English. As for Slingish, Singaporean still retain the copyright !
