Hi Juan knowing you as a dare diver I would suggest you try Camiguin it is an island located in the Northern Mindanao region. It is a volcanic island that has a shape of a pear because  the base of an extinct volcano. The hardened lava has turned into a beautiful reef. Many varieties of fish and corals are found here with turtles munching at sponges. There are several dive sites in Camiguin Island, which makes it one of the diving destinations of the Philippines. The Kantaan dive site in Camiguin is for advanced divers. Hard corals are abundant in this dive site. Fields of Acropora Coral and Lettuce Coral beautifies the seascape. Schools of aquarium fishes swim around these waters in Camiguin. Under the coral tables, you can see stingrays and white-tips sleeping. The Kantaan dive site is for divers who love high-speed drifts. As for novice like me the Mantigue Island Sanctuary is a great dive site for novices. There is a diversity of macro critters with clownfishes in different varieties. Other fish species are also present in this dive site. You can find some turtles on the rocky protrusions resting there.
