Black bean pork ribs Claypot rice or noddles.

Today menu we are using philippines made black bean sauce for the pork ribs. The black beans sauce here also knows as "taw sie". The sauce here is more lighter in texture, stronger in flavour. Not to be confused with the black beans found in Mexican cooking, Chinese fermented black beans (also called salted black beans) are made by fermenting soybeans in garlic, salt and other spices.

Once you prepare the black bean sauce you can use it to cook a variety of meats such as fish, chicken, beef ribs, etc. We particularly like using this sauce with pork ribs added with a little garnish from " Maggi Magic Sarap" is part of the lifestyle cooking here. Furthermore, the fat from the ribs add the extra juicy flavor you want in black bean sauce. In Singapore chilli paste incorporated to give an extra punch. However, over here in our menu it optional gentleman request. we have the Black bean pork ribs rice, soup and rice at P45.00 or in Claypot rice or noddles for P120.00.
