On my way to Manila we would stop by in Laguna to buy one of their famous Buko Pie a traditional pastry pie coconut, it proven to very popular among the Philippine here almost like cream pie I heard they only use young buko (coconut) meat. Of course the restaurant also sell coconut juice. I still missed by durian puff!
