In Singapore we called it Satay. At this point I had been asking around the name of the dish , they just called it BBQ that it ! Like a missing link of the food evolution. Eat it without the fancie satay spicy peanut sauce, cucumber, onion, etc. It taste like our satay accept, about 2 inch in size and all pork no goat or chicken. Tuesday, October 6, 2009
