Typhoon Ondoy aftermath in Manila

Thick, gooey mud lay in some streets, while others were still under a foot or two of water. Mountains of garbage piled up.

In Manila everyone is rushing to stock up water and food as they brace themselves for another typhoon onslaught, Like they say when Ammo Supplies are low , food is next !
