In Kalinga I came across a poultry farm, the guy told me is organic chicken . So out of curiosity , I asked him how he would defined the chicken as organic, his answered was practical the chicken roam free and eat what they want to eat, if they survive they survived, no chemical antibiotic injection because he cannot really afford it and that organic ! Moreover, the chicken would not survive until Christmas.
