Thanks our PPI agent Sabrina for sending me the video, it happened near the BACOLOD CITY, Philippines—A strange apparition has appeared on a video taken by a member of the police Regional Mobile Group (RMG) using his cellular phone who might been having a search and clearing operation. However, when the group saw the footage, without any scientific data and on site observation the "so called ghost caught on tape" it can be tricky let the reader judge.
