Supply and Installation of Blade Server, Virtual Desktops , and other
Computing Equipment for the DSWD Central and Field Offices
(ITB No. GOP/09-DSWD-064)
1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development, through the National
Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) and the General
Administration and Support Services Group (GASSG) Capital Outlay Funds
intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Eighty-five Thousand
Pesos (PhP3,585,000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Blade Server, 120 Virtual
Desktops, and other Computing Equipment for the DSWD Central and Field
Offices (ITB No. GOP/09-DSWD-064), classified in accordance to the following Lots:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) now invites bids to
supply and installation of blade server, virtual desktops, and other computing equipment
for DSWD Central and Field Offices. Complete delivery of the Goods is required
within fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
