A woman was killed while at least 12 people were hurt after a truck rammed a multi-cab in Palawan province Tuesday.
Radio dzXL reported the incident occurred along the national highway in San Jose village in Puerto Princesa City.
Killed immediately was Anita Romero, 36, a resident of Sicsican village in Puerto Princesa City.
At least 12 other passengers of the multi-cab were injured, and were taken to a nearby hospital.
Initial investigation showed the truck driven by one Joaquin Alonsagay rammed the multi-cab. Police said Alonsagay was likely drunk when he rammed the smaller vehicle
