PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur - The little known Southern Mindanao College (SMC) in this coastal city scored a 100 percent passing rate in the licensure examinations for civil engineers (CE) conducted on Nov. 20-21 by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), it was learned recently. SMC President Bayani Mendoza said all the institution's 11 latest CE graduates were among the 2,040 successful examinees out of 5,028 aspirants throughout the country.
Mendoza identified the SMC successful civil engineering board examinees as Cherwin D. Albarracin, Francisco J. Anihaw, Ver Y. Barredo, Enrico C. Besorio III, Grace Yape-Comaling, George S. Mabascog, Bryan N. Madarang, Kimberly M. Pabatao, Ricardo L. Panong, Reymond P. Rodrigo , and Malou B. Tamala. (T. Pe. Rimando)
