ZAMBOANGA CITY - The Land Transportation Office in Zamboanga peninsula (LTO-9) has started to implement the reassignment of its key personnel aimed to boost the efficiency of the office and the traffic management and implementation in the region. LTO-9 Regional Director Aminola Abaton said at least seven LTO senior personnel holding key positions in the region has been relieved from their posts and have been given new assignments in key LTO offices in the region.
