News Update Livelihood grant for Isabela women

SABELA CITY, Basilan (PIA) - Women organizations in the villages here will soon get their share of the livelihood capital that the city government has promised. During the city's observance of International Women's Day, City Mayor Cherrylyn Santos-Akbar announced that she is releasing this month the livelihood assistance capital that she had pledge. The mayor explained the deferment of its release saying that releasing them before the election would only generate issues of vote-buying, thus she decided to release them this month to the delight of the women spectators.
