CAGAYAN DE ORO – The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has summoned car dealer Lynard Allan Bigcas to prove his ownership of the recovered imported cars and motorbikes allegedly stolen from the United States.
Jose Justo Yap, NBI-Northern Mindanao director, said they are expecting Bigcas to emerge Thursday with the documents proving that he legally own the vehicles.
“Let us see if he will appear and show to us the documents,” Yap told Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro.
