CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Officials said preparations for creating Pampanga as a haven for both local and foreign retirees in Central Luzon are ongoing.
Regional Coordinator for the Housing Sector of the Central Luzon Retirement Industry Enhancement Team (CLRIET) Albert dela Cruz said he has allotted 200 housing units at the Amber Trail Resorts and Residences in Mexico town, which he owns, for retirement houses of salaried employees.
The CLRIET has also made a tie-up with the Mother of Theresa Calcutta Hospital where retirees could avail of medical consultations and confinement if necessary at lower costs.
Dela Cruz also offered the use of one building at Amber to be the office of the retirement team.
