Get in the mood for Indian food with this recipe for Indian Tomato Rice!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Butter
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 inch ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
Basmatic Rice, cooked
450 grams (14oz) Canned Peeled Tomatoes
2 scallions, finely chopped
Procedure:
1. Heat butter in a wok. Saute garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook until translucent.
2. Add bell peppers and tomatoes cook for 2 minutes. Season with Ajinomoto Umai Super Seasoning. Allow juice to reduce. Add cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
3. Serve and garnish with scallions

I don't understand why you feel compelled to add in a pinch of Ajinomoto. Everything they make is a neurotoxic or carcinogenic poison, like Aspartame and MSG. This is one of the biggest corporate killers on the planet! Please read this article:
