ZAMBOANGA CITY -- Four people, including a 10-year-old child, were killed by gunmen in an island village east of this city, the police reported.
A two-year-old baby girl was spared by the gunmen.
The incident took place around 11 p.m. Friday in the village of Panubigan, 34 kilometers east of this city.
The victims were in deep slumber when the suspects barged into the victims' house and killed them with high-powered firearms, the police said. (Bong Garcia/Sunnex)
