Most NCR classes still suspended until August 8


Classes will remain suspended in parts of Metro Manila and Luzon on Wednesday, August 8 as local governments declared cancellations Tuesday in light of continuous rains. Most of Metro Manila have declared class suspensions for preschool to high school in public and private schools. Officials have declared it won't have classes in the following areas: NCR: Caloocan City; Valenzuela City; Las Pinas City; Marikina City; Muntinlupa City; Navotas City; Pateros; San Juan City; Paranaque City; Makati City; Malabon; Pasay City; Manila; Taguig; Mandaluyong; Pasig City Region 3: Pampanga Region 4A: Laguna (province wide-up to college) Cavite (province wide) Rodriguez, Rizal Cainta, Rizal Ateneo de Manila University has also declared classes suspended as have Adamson University and Far Eastern University. The University of the East-Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, which was reportedly flooded on Tuesday, will not be holding classes either.
