Unidentified armed men robbed a 52-year-old Japanese tourist of some Y100,000 (P50,328) in a resort in Cebu province.
Radio dzXL reported Wednesday that the victim, Akihito Fukuhara, was robbed at the beach resort in Bancasan village in San Remegio town.
Initial investigation showed at least two unidentified men knocked on the door of Fukuhara's unit at the resort, then poked a gun and knife at him and his companion.
The men then entered the room, and took money and valuables before fleeing. — LBG, GMANews.TV
