Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao, mother of boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, said Friday that she wants to go back to the United States one of these days to explore Disneyland and also to meet US President Barack Obama. “Sasabihin ko sa kanya [Obama], ‘Kumusta? The boxing champ’s mother arrived in the country on Friday early morning from the US, where she watched his son’s fight against Mexican boxer Antonio Margarito last Sunday. The Filipino boxer won the fight, claiming the World Boxing Council super welterweight championshop—his eighth world title. (See: Pacquiao batters bigger Margarito for 8th title) Although her son defeated the much taller and heavier Margarito, Mommy Dionisia said that he wants Manny to retire from his boxing career. “Nagsabi na ako sa kanya na maghinto ka na. Sabi niya kaya pa niya, at malakas pa katawan niya," she said.
