Hi Teck price varies in the province, city or even area like Cebu, Subic bay . Similarly, in Singapore the price of massage varies in HDB, Outskirt or in Orchard area.
As for a decent therapeutic massage in the province like Gamu Isabela Medic Spa charge about $P400 an hour, traditional Philippine Hilot about $P250 an hour. I guess the price indicated here is above the market rate maybe included some extra service here and there. If you in Cebu do drop me a tinker.
