With all the shortcomings of the government as critically deemed by all the candidates for President themselves, the May 10 elections should be a crucial possibility for the people to elect the best among them who could effectively change the course of the country's destiny for the better.
On Monday, when the people go to the polling places to fulfill their mandate they should realize in good conscience the nobility of their acts in the determination of the county's future.
On them lies the quality of our lives at least in the next six years of the succeeding administration. The unfolding dynamics of our future start with them at the polling place.
So it is imperative that the voters should be wise and judicious in making their choices because what they decide on will have larger consequences to our lives and the nation's.
If they can do that they would make huge difference in redefining our time and our future as a people.
That is the challenge, and the citizens should respond to it with clarity when they fill up properly the egg-shaped space in the ballot for the next Philippine President.
