In Gamu Isabela Dogs are a common sight on most rural area in Gamu Guibang in front of our restaurant you can still see pack of dog roam free. In Singaporet the animals have "rights," but the government rule is that your animals' "rights" end at your property line. In Philippine they have Acts known as the “Anti-Rabies Act of 2007” http://www.chanrobles.com/republicacts/republicactno9482.html.
Dogs often bark to protect their territory from intruders and other animals. That’s not a bad thing, really: a barking dog has been known to swiftly deter potential housebreakers and mischief-makers. It’s when the dog keeps barking after the threat is gone (or when the threat isn’t real), that we have a problem with it, dog eat dog world like Politics ?
